The NecessiTeas is dessert in a cup! We love our decadent treats, with Carrot Cake being one of them! We created this blend to taste like luscious, cream cheese-frosted, moist carrot cake in a cup, without all the fat and calories! Organic rooibos starts the base for this blend. We then added ginger and cinnamon for a hint of warm spice. Real bits of carrot are combined with shredded coconut - and if you're anything like us, walnuts in your carrot cake are essential! This tea has all of the same natural flavors as a real piece of carrot cake, warm, right out of the oven. Adding just a touch of coconut milk, and sweetener of your choice enhances your sipping experience - or shall we say, puts the "icing" on the cake.

Preparation: Use 1 tsp per 8 oz cup. Steep 5-7 minutes using 210F water. Try as a latte.
