Three scoops of chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla in a cup come to mind when you taste this blend of dried strawberries, banana chips, and chocolate morsels submerged in organic rooibos tea. The strawberries release their sweet flavor as they rehydrate, the sweet chocolate melts into this dessert, and the banana chips make it authentic. Just add a little rock sugar and a splash of milk for that creamy, dreamy dessert without the calories.

Preparation: Use 1 tsp per 8 oz cup. Steep 5-7 minutes using 210F water. Try as a latte.

Ingredients: Rooibos, cacao husk, freeze dried strawberries, freeze dried banana, natural and organic flavors.

Better late than never

I write for a teablog which sent me a sample of this blend. That sample got lost among my teas and has been sitting neglected in just a ziploc bag for years. Despite my mistreatment, I am still happy to report that I get all the delicious goodness of a banana split. Granted the flavor is a bit subtle due to my forgetfulness but I can still get pops of each element. It's really nice. I am only sorry I didn't get to it sooner.
