From the fancy French name (complete with fancy accents), to the fancy little ramekins in which it is served, to the famous and oh-so-fancy blow torched sugar topping. Crème brûlée is definitely a dessert meant to impress. But there’s no need to visit a fancy French restaurant to get your crème brûlée fix, because I’ve created this tea blend instead!
Preparation: Use 1 tsp per 8 oz cup. Steep 4 minutes using 195F water. Great with or without milk.
Ingredients: Oolong tea, marigold petals, brown sugar, caramel pieces, natural flavors.
